Golfing to benefit abandoned, abused, and trafficked women and children. The United Nations says that Guatemala is one of the worst places in the world for women and children to live: full of corruption, violence, poverty, and desperation. James Project serves as a beacon of hope for this country’s most vulnerable populations. Through James Project’s Shadow of His Wings Children’s Home, Redeemed Women’s Empowerment Program, and Freedom School, thousands of abused, abandoned and trafficked women and children have received healing and restoration.

All monies raised will go to benefit the abandoned, abused, and trafficked women and children served by JPLA, Shadow of His Wings and Redeemed Women’s Empowerment. Visit this link for more information.

Harnessing the Power of the Sun

In Guatemala, electricity is extremely expensive and unreliable. Please consider donating to a project to install solar panels on every building on the JPLA campus in Monjas; currently there are only two buildings powered by solar panels.

By installing solar panels on every building on the JPLA campus, thousands of dollars, each month, can be re-directed to the care of those served by Shadow of His Wings Children’s Home, Freedom School and Redeemed Women’s Empowerment.

November Collection of the Month: New Hope Food Pantry

October REACH Mission Project of the Month Was Huge Success!
You all were so generous that, quite frankly, we couldn’t keep up with the number of blankets you donated so we’ll have to wait a few days for MLM to provide an official count. The picture above was taken Saturday evening right before the 5pm service and all of the blankets that had come in prior to the weekend services hadn’t even been loaded yet! Then Sunday morning we received even more! And believe it or not, they’re still coming in! If you would still like to donate but weren’t able to make it this past weekend or forgot, please feel free to leave new King or Queen-size blankets on the shelves outside of room 103 or in the REACH barrel.

You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.
